SloBlu's Return Policy

Any item purchased from SloBlu on Amazon.com is guaranteed to meet or exceed your satisfaction!

If you receive an item that is not to your satisfaction within 30 days of purchase,
just give us a call at 800-210-1809 or e-mail us at amazon@sloblu.com so we can help arrange a return, exchange, or refund!

Any item you are not satisfied with must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the shipping company for a claim.
If the item is materially different from what the customer thought they were purchasing, a full refund including shipping will be refunded or exchange provided and SloBlu will pay for return shipping. 
If the item has been opened with nothing wrong with the item, but you would still like to return it, a 25% re-stocking fee will be assessed and withheld from any refund and the customer is responsible for return shipping. 
If there is a defect with the item, the manufacturer should be contacted for repair or replacement.
